Shipping informations

Bettina Vermillon proposes an express delivery for all orders. It will be applied to your order at the time of payment. The Products will be delivered exclusively to the address mentioned in the order.

However, some areas locations such as Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America are subject to special conditions. Please contact us at bettina@bettinavermillon.com for shipping information.

 

Shipping Zone

Bettina Vermillon separates its deliveries into 3 zones:

Zone 1:

Countries involved in zone 1 are: France, Europe (except United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland and Norway) and The United States of America. These countries will have complementary delivery and will not be subject to customs fees.

Zone 2:

Countries involved in zone 2 are the following: United Kingdom, Israel, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Turkey. Countries in zone 2 have complimentary shipping. However, fees and duties may be required at the checkout. No fees will be charged at reception. Zone 3:

Countries involved in zone 3, will be the rest of the world. Please contact us on bettina@bettinavermillon.com with the subject “Zone 3 delivery information”. We will inform you of our delivery policy for countries located in zone 3.

Zone 3 included countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Canada.

 

Delivery times

Bettina Vermillon is dedicated to shipping your order as soon as possible after the finalization of the transaction.

For all orders shipped in France or Europe, Bettina Vermillon will use Chronopost. Orders will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days.

For international shipments, we work with DHL as a transporter. Orders will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days.

If you are ordering from Paris or a nearby suburbs, Bettina Vermillon is working with Stuart. We can send you a runner in a few hours.

Bettina Vermillon will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the carrier, damage due to transport or any other damage, directly or indirectly related to the transport of products.

During sales periods or holidays or private sales deliveries may be delayed due to a large number of orders.

Upon receiving your products, you must immediately check the contents of your order to ensure that it is intact and has not been altered in any way. If the packaging is damaged, Bettina Vermillon advises you to take detailed pictures of the package and the products received at reception and to immediately make a statement to the carrier in charge of the delivery. Then, Once your statement is made to the carrier, we invite you to inform our Customer Service within 3 working days at sav@bettinavermillon.com

In case of complaint formulated in the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, In case a claim is made in accordance to our terms above, with the carrier and/or our Customer Service, an investigation will be opened with the carrier and an answer will be transmitted to you as soon as possible.

In the absence of any answer from you, the delivery will be considered as accepted and no claim on the order can be made afterwards.

 

Taxes and Duties :

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and detailed on the order summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We deliver to the following countries: Europe (United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland and Norway),France and The United States of America on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. When the shipping is delivered at your destination, no additional fees will be charged.

For few following countries as : Israel, Lebanon, Oman, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Canada, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, all delivery will be sent on a DDU( Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you will be charged duties and taxes during on your order on our website. When the shipping is delivered at your destination, no additional fees will be charged.

Returns and exchanges policies: 

Bettina Vermillon will gladly accept returns of our products. You can return within 14 days from the day you received your item. Your returns will be subjected to a 10€ shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
The product must be in its original condition with the sole protectors intact. Bettina Vermillon does not accept returns of products that appear to have been used or damaged. If you return an item with a damaged outsole, signs of wear or do not meet the above the criteria Bettina Vermillon reserves the right to refuse your return.
Last Chance and Sale Items are FINAL SALE (exchange allowed but no refund).

How to do a return?
To make a return click HERE and follow the steps.
You can find your order number on your shipping invoice or order confirmation email. Once you request a return, you will receive a return shipping label.
Please note there is a 10€ shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Bettina Vermillon can take up to 5 business days from the date requested, to process your return. 
Where is my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund will be done.
