Bettina Vermillon separates its deliveries into 3 zones:
Zone 1: Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland and Norway) and the United States of America.
The above locations will have complimentary express shipping and won't be subject to customs fees
Zone 2: United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Turkey.
Countries in zone 2 have complimentary express shipping. Fees and duties may be required at checkout. No fees will be charged at reception.
Zone 3: Africa, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world.

Bettina Vermillon is committed to providing prompt shipping internationally.
For all orders within France or Europe, we use Chronopost, ensuring delivery to your doorstep within 3-5 working days.
For international shipments, we have partnered with DHL as our transporter, guaranteeing delivery within 3-5 working days.
If you are ordering from Paris or nearby suburbs, our collaboration with Stuart allows us to send a messenger to deliver your products in just a few hours.
Please note that Bettina Vermillon cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier or any damage incurred during transportation.
During sales periods, holidays, or private sales, there may be a delay of up to 10 days in deliveries due to a higher volume of orders.
Upon receiving your products, we advise you to carefully inspect the contents of your order to ensure it remains intact and unaltered. In case the packaging appears damaged, we recommend taking detailed pictures of both the package and the products upon reception and immediately notifying the carrier responsible for delivery. If you file a complaint following the aforementioned guidelines with the carrier and/or our Customer Care team, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier, and we will promptly provide you with a solution.

We are pleased to offer delivery to the following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis: Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland, and Norway) and The United States of America. This means that all import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes are already factored into the purchase price. Hence, when the shipping is delivered to your destination, no additional fees will be charged.
For certain countries, including the United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Lebanon, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Canada, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, all deliveries will be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This implies that you will be charged duties and taxes during the order process on our website. However, once the shipping reaches your destination, no further fees will be incurred.

Returns and exchange policies:
Bettina Vermillon is pleased to accept returns of our products. You have a window of 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Please be aware that a 10€ shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
For a return to be eligible, the product must be in its original condition with the soles intact. Bettina Vermillon cannot accept returns of products that appear to have been used or damaged. If you return an item with a damaged outsole or signs of wear that do not meet the specified criteria, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Please note that Last Chance and Sale Items are considered final sale, which means they are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

Where is my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
